RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase you make from Injeanious.
All purchases are final sale and bought as seen – please check all goods before you leave the shop.
If for any reason you change your mind simply follow the exchange procedure below.
Just make sure it is within 30 days of purchase, and the items are unused.
Unless faulty, all items being exchanged must be unused and in their original packaging.

Need a different colour or size of an item? You may be able to exchange in-store however our stock moves quickly but we will offer a like for like exchange.
PLEASE NOTE – all sale items cannot be exchanged.

In the unlikely event that an unsuitable exchange can be found at the time we will issue a gift voucher to the value with a six-month expiry date.

Exchange process:

All items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including ALL product tags (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box). Any damage may result in the return being refused!

Items must be exchanged within 30 days of the item being purchased to you for a full refund.

Items must be unworn, unused and unwashed.

Shoes must be tried on indoors.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene we do not accept returns on underwear.

Please bring along a copy of your receipt.
Faulty Items
If you need to return a product due to a fault or manufacturing defect within the first 3 months, please send our Returns Team (info@injeanious.net) an image of the item highlighting the fault and your purchase date. We will then be in touch. Alternatively, you can also return to the shop with the item and we will process.
